A quick-setting gypsum undercoat plaster for low- to medium-suction surfaces such as bricks, blocks, RCC, and cement-rendered walls. Provides a strong, smooth base coat with excellent adhesion, reduced structural load, and is also ideal for fast repairs and patching.

Health, Safety & Handling
Safety:
- Gypsum-based materials are generally safe; fine powder may cause mild irritation.
- Avoid contact with eyes and skin; rinse with clean water if contact occurs
Handling:
- Follow safe manual handling guidance (HSE INDG143 / Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992)
- Use older bags first (FIFO)
- Reseal opened bags to prevent moisture ingress
Disposal:
- Dispose of gypsum waste responsibly in accordance with local regulations

Packaging, Shelf Life & Storage
Packaging:
- 25 kg kraft paper bags, palletised
Shelf Life:
- 7–9 months from the date of manufacture when stored correctly
Storage Instructions:
- Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from moisture, heat, or direct sunlight
- Keep bags on dry, stable platforms; avoid direct floor contact
- Keep away from water and damp areas
- Use opened bags promptly; if re-sealing, tie tightly to prevent moisture ingress
