Water-based Acrylic Protective Coating — Champ variant
Homesure wShield Terra Champ is a single-component, water-based acrylic protective coating for the maintenance, refurbishment and protection of sound roof and external building surfaces. It cures to form a seamless protective film with enhanced flexibility and accomodates normal substrate movement under typical service conditions.

Uses:
- Maintenance, refurbishment and surface protection applications on sound roof and building surfaces
- Flat and pitched roof areas, terraces, parapets, upstands and compatible external surfaces
- Balconies and walkways where a non-trafficable protective coating is required unless protected

- Specific gravity (20±2°C): 1.30 ± 0.10
- Viscosity (20±2°C): 50,000 – 70,000 cP
- Solid content: 62 ± 3%
- Tensile strength (indicative): 1.50 ± 0.20 MPa
- Elongation at break (indicative): > 500%
- Water resistance (indicative): Resistant to water ingress under normal service conditions
- Crack accomodation (indicative): Up to approx. 2 mm under controlled laboratory conditions
- VOC content: Low VOC
- Coverage: Approx. 1.1–1.4 m²/kg for a two-coat application
- Surface dry: Approx. 2 hours
- Recoat interval: 6–8 hours
- Full cure: Typically within 48 hours depending on site conditions
- Packaging: 5 kg & 20 kg re-sealable buckets

Health, Safety & Handling
- Follow safe manual handling practices
- Wear suitable PPE, including gloves and eye protection
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes
- Ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying
- Do not apply to frozen, wet or damp substrates
- Do not apply during rain, where condensation is expected, or when temperatures are below 5°C
- Protect freshly applied coating from water exposure until adequately cured
- Keep out of reach of children
- Dispose of contents and container in accordance with local regulations

Shelf Life & Storage
- Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacture when stored correctly
- Store in original unopened containers in a cool, dry & well-ventilated place
- Recommended storage temperature: +5°C to +35°C
- Protect from frost, excessive heat and direct sunlight
- Keep containers tightly closed when not in use
- Reseal opened containers promptly after use
