Homesure wShield Terra Coat is a single-component, water-based acrylic protective coating for the maintenance and refurbishment of sound roof and external building surfaces. It cures to form a continuous protective film that helps resist moisture ingress, weathering and normal substrate movement under suitable application conditions.

Uses:
- Maintenance and refurbishment of sound roof and building surfaces
- Flat and pitched roof areas, terraces, parapets, upstands and compatible external surfaces
- Balconies and walkways where a non-trafficable protective coating is required unless protected

- Grey viscous liquid
- Solids content: 55 ± 2%
- Viscosity: 50000 – 70000 cP
- Specific gravity: 1.30 ± 0.10
- Crack bridging: ≥ 2 mm
- Tensile strength: 1.00 ± 0.20 MPa
- Elongation at break: > 500%
- Water permeability: No water penetration observed under test conditions
- Coverage (two-coats): approx. 1.1–1.4 m²/kg, equivalent to approx. 300 microns DFT
- Touch dry: approx. 2 hours
- Recoat time: typically, 6–8 hours
- Full cure: approx. 48 hours
- Packaging: 5 kg & 20 kg re-sealable buckets

Health, Safety & Handling
- Follow safe manual handling practices
- Wear suitable PPE, including gloves and eye protection
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes, and ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying
- Do not apply to frozen, wet or damp substrates, or in rain, condensation risk, or when temperatures are below 5°C
- Protect freshly applied coating from water until fully cured
- Keep out of reach of children
- Dispose of contents and container in accordance with local authority requirements; avoid discharge into drains, watercourses or soil

Shelf Life & Storage
- Shelf life: 12 months when stored correctly
- Store in original unopened containers in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place
- Protect from frost, excessive heat and direct sunlight
- Keep containers tightly closed when not in use; reseal opened containers promptly after use
